Role Overview
VayuZon Technology is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can bring our brand to life through engaging videos, reels, live sessions, and meaningful digital content.
This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera, collaborating with the team in videos, shooting and editing content, and managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should combine creativity, communication skills, and practical execution to promote VayuZon's services, strengthen our online presence, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and create engaging short-form videos, reels, and promotional videos for VayuZon's social media platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera and participate in live videos, product or service explainers, team videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Create meaningful, audience-focused content that showcases VayuZon's services, communicates business value, and strengthens brand awareness.
- Edit videos and prepare social media creatives using suitable tools, adding captions, visuals, music, and branding where appropriate.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas, participate in marketing activities, track engagement, and improve content performance and lead generation.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Willingness and confidence to appear on camera and participate in live videos, promotional shoots, and team content.
- Ability to shoot engaging videos and create reels for social media platforms.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop meaningful content ideas that communicate services and engage audiences.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing practices, monitor content performance, and improve engagement and lead generation.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and manage content creation and publishing schedules.
- Willingness to work on-site at VayuZon's Pune location.
